1、產(chǎn)品量程選擇：
為了使產(chǎn)品精度、壽命、穩(wěn)定性等功能達(dá)到最佳效果，產(chǎn)品的量程選擇參照以下公式計算：
量程 = 系統(tǒng)最大壓力 X （1.2-1.5）倍；
產(chǎn)品的實際測量壓力范圍，應(yīng)該在量程范圍的15%-80%；
2、產(chǎn)品供電及輸出：
供電范圍的選擇按產(chǎn)品的個輸出規(guī)格確定：
輸出信號：4-20mA；
3、用戶要了解產(chǎn)品的測量介質(zhì)特性：
介質(zhì)規(guī)格、介質(zhì)溫度、介質(zhì)純度（是否含有雜質(zhì)或顆粒等）；
4、用戶要了解產(chǎn)品的安裝環(huán)境及安裝方式：
室內(nèi)或室外安裝；
環(huán)境溫度；
要求的密封等級；
設(shè)備的振動范圍；

使用注意事項
產(chǎn)品供電范圍，24VDC(9-30VDC)；
嚴(yán)禁使用硬物（如：螺絲刀、手指、鐵釘?shù)龋┤ナ沟脡毫δて軌毫y量輸出；
電源和信號線按訂購產(chǎn)品規(guī)格要求，正確接線；
產(chǎn)品安裝時，受力部位為“過程連接六方扳手位”，扳手規(guī)格與六方相對應(yīng)；
嚴(yán)禁被測系統(tǒng)的介質(zhì)溫度、壓力量程、激勵電壓超過變送器的額定使用范圍；
注意保護變送器引出電纜，現(xiàn)場使用跨度過大時，建議使用金屬管保護或架空；
壓力變送器屬精密計量儀器，切勿強加沖擊、摔打，以免損壞芯體
產(chǎn)品安裝于通風(fēng)、干燥、無強腐蝕環(huán)境，露天安裝加防護裝置，避免陽光直接照射；
產(chǎn)品儀表嚴(yán)禁進水/漏水/泡水情況，露天安裝加防護裝置，避免陽光直接照射；
